Once your venue is selected, our catering managers will handle all of the logistics to take the stress out of your day. 20 Monroe Live

20 Monroe Live is the state-of-the-art venue in Grand Rapids. A home for live music, entertainment and special events. 20 Monroe Live has features that allows the venue to accommodate nearly 2600 patrons for live events and scale down to an intimate configuration for all types of special events. The second level features the Vanguard, a beautiful VIP club with the amenities for a more private event.

The Aquinas College campus provides a variety of event space, state of the art meeting rooms, as well as a theater and ballroom space. Aquinas College’s campus is perfect for corporate retreats, social events and wedding receptions and is minutes from downtown Grand Rapids.

Black River Barn South Haven

Black River Barn is a state-of-the-art wedding venue and corporate event space located in South Haven, Michigan. Elegant yet rustic, Black River’s barn-style venue has a capacity for up to 400 guests. The main hall features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and chandeliers. Doors open extending the space to large outdoor patios.

Black Sheep Shelter

As a wedding and event venue, Black Sheep Shelter offers a space unlike the typical barn wedding and different from a traditional outdoor wedding. The skeleton of an existing barn was renovated into a new creation- a uniquely open-sided shelter with an understory that welcomes the outdoors by structurally extending into a large cottage garden area.

Camp Blodgett

The Cheney Place is a warehouse for those eager to plan and design their 'urban meets vintage meets modern' event. The building will woo you with its polished concrete and original hardwood floors, its frosted warehouse windows, and its turn-of-the-century freight elevator. This venue also happens to host the area's largest collection of vintage furniture rentals for onsite events!

The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum is a 54,000 square foot educational and cultural facility, located on the bank of the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids. This setting provides a prestigious venue for a meeting, reception, and/or dinner. The Museum offers a 15,000 square foot permanent exhibit, and a 3,500 square foot changing exhibit gallery. The Kindel Room – Goei Center

Providing tons of natural light, vaulted wood ceilings, and giant modern chandeliers, The Kindel Room is hard to beat when looking for a modern and intimate space for your guests. The Kindel Room comes equipped with state-of-the-art amenities including: two breakout suites, a fifteen-foot bar, modern soft seating, and the ability to project your own logo on our walls (to make that final intimate touch).

The Harris Building was built in 1892 on the site of the former Grand Rapids Union Brewery.
