Rockford hosted a meeting of the West Michigan Environmental Leadership Network, and Martha's did the catering. The topic today was farm-to-table activities including Fair Food initiatives. Martha's did a tremendous job using local produce, cheeses, and meats. A number of people specifically asked about the catering, given the use of local food and its freshness and good taste. I just wanted you to know that there were a couple of dozen community leaders who were very impressed with your work. I even heard someone at my table say, 'I should have guessed it would have been Martha's!'"
